Omnigo’s Report Exec provided a single, modular platform (including drop-down reporting and 360 Analytics) that let OSF compare “apples to apples,” run monthly reports, and track officer activity and incidents centrally. With Omnigo’s solution, OSF used accurate data to secure more staffing, equipment, and safety measures; for example, reports now show monthly activity such as 1,500 doors secured/unlocked, 150 patient valuables managed, and 200 patient/visitor escorts, helping leadership justify resource decisions.
