A Omnigo Case Study

Preview of the Seattle Children’s Hospital Case Study

Renowned children’s hospital finds the cure for its evolving security needs & capabilities

Seattle Children’s Hospital, a 14-facility healthcare network serving more than 350,000 patients annually, needed to replace a proprietary incident reporting system that lacked historical access, advanced options, and easy integration. They selected Omnigo and its fully integrated incident reporting platform—using modules such as Online Reporting and Lost and Found—to provide an open-architecture solution that could connect with existing systems and meet evolving security needs.

Omnigo implemented the platform across Seattle Children’s security operations, adding Online Reporting for anonymous staff submissions, expanding licensed users, and integrating lost-and-found workflows with plans to add license-plate recognition. The upgrade transformed incident reporting and management, shifted the team from reactive to proactive, increased situational awareness across more than one million square feet and 25,000 annual reports, and established Omnigo as a long-term partner in the hospital’s security strategy.
