Interfacing an RMS and a Dedicated Evidence System

The Medford Police Department in Medford, Oregon needed to upgrade its evidence management to reduce repetitive officer work, eliminate paper, and improve reporting. The solution made evidence management virtually paperless, removed duplication, freed shelf space, and saved officers and property room staff significant time—prompting one veteran officer to call it “the most sensible computer program we’ve deployed.”
