To achieve a unified, scalable solution that would integrate with existing systems and provide consistent reporting across departments and properties, Hilton partnered with Omnigo and its incident reporting and risk management platform.
Omnigo implemented its fully integrated incident reporting and risk management software — including AdHoc Reporting, Lost and Found, Dispatch, and Mobile Patrol modules — to standardize reporting, streamline security processes, and integrate with Hilton’s systems. The Omnigo platform delivered complete visibility into security, operations, resources, and staffing, enabled staff to identify incident trends and adjust patrols accordingly, helped lower response costs through data-driven decisions, and has been expanded to an additional 136 U.S. properties.
