Case Study: Central EMS achieves streamlined football game incident management with Omnigo Command and Planning

A Omnigo Case Study

Preview of the Central EMS Case Study

Central EMS Uses Omnigo's Incident Management Suite to Manage Football Games

Central EMS, the emergency medical services provider for Fayetteville, AR, faced the challenge of efficiently producing Incident Action Plans, adopting the Incident Command System (ICS) in daily operations, and maintaining accountability and clear documentation for large-scale events such as University of Arkansas Razorback games with more than 75,000 attendees. To address these needs they deployed Omnigo’s solution, Omnigo Command and Planning, to improve communication between commanding officers and the communications center.

Omnigo Command and Planning (powered by Rhodium) delivered enhanced ICS forms, accountability features, and real-time communication tools that were tailored to Central EMS’s workflows. With only a two-hour training session, dispatch and command staff were able to deploy the system effectively; officers reported wanting to use it every day, the event log enabled immediate evaluation of games, and the platform helped identify requirements for future events—demonstrating faster adoption and clearer event documentation thanks to Omnigo.
