Central EMS, the emergency medical services provider for Fayetteville, AR, faced the challenge of efficiently producing Incident Action Plans, adopting the Incident Command System (ICS) in daily operations, and maintaining accountability and clear documentation for large-scale events such as University of Arkansas Razorback games with more than 75,000 attendees.
