Palm Greens Recreation Association, a condominium community in Delray Beach, Florida, faced the complex task of scheduling and managing numerous amenities—most notably an expansive pool and hot tub—while limiting occupancy and booking frequency for residents. To address this, Palm Greens turned to Omnify, Inc and began using Omnify’s facility scheduling/booking software (Standard Yearly plan) for pool scheduling starting in January 2021.
Omnify, Inc implemented its easy-to-set-up scheduling system and configurable booking rules that limited the number of members per pool session and the number of days residents could book, automating capacity controls and accountability. The solution delivered equitable pool access without violating capacity restrictions, streamlined facility management for staff, and was supported by Omnify, Inc’s 24/7 customer service including direct Google Meet support.
