The solution streamlined bookings and member communication, led the board to upgrade from a Standard Monthly to a Standard Seasonal plan, delivered easier pool access for residents, and provided highly responsive support (more than a dozen support interactions in two weeks), improving operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
