Lifetime Tennis, a London-based tennis academy coaching more than 1,000 amateur and professional players, needed a better way to manage real-time slot availability, payments, communication and on‑ground attendee management for group courses, packages and private lessons. Omnify, Inc implemented online scheduling and the Omnify Go app so members can book anytime while staff view upcoming schedules, manage attendees, process payments and call or text customers directly from the app. The solution replaced spreadsheets, removed much of the administrative hassle and saved the academy significant time and effort, improving real-time availability and on‑site management for Lifetime Tennis.
