The team targeted the subscription page, identified as the highest-opportunity page for capturing leads.
They tested overlay prompts: on desktop they ran an A/B/C test that simplified copy, refreshed design and changed CTAs on the existing on-exit overlay; on mobile they introduced a time-based overlay that appeared after 15 seconds. The changes delivered strong lifts — a 46.94% increase in lead collection on desktop (97.5% chance to win) and a 106.29% increase on mobile (100% chance to win).
