Mobexpert, Romania’s largest furniture manufacturer and retailer with 26 stores and a large online catalog (~35,000 SKUs), needed to translate its in‑store experience to digital channels and improve ad targeting and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) during the pandemic. Mavericks, their performance agency, faced the challenge of creating better ads that reached varied customer segments and increased lifetime value while managing a vast product range.

Mavericks used Omniconvert Reveal’s RFM segmentation and Dynamic Audience Builder to create custom and lookalike audiences, align creatives and offers per segment, and run evergreen and promo campaigns. The RFM-based approach drove strong results: lookalike audiences from loyal segments produced a 69% uplift in ROAS versus Facebook’s default targeting, conversion rates and CTRs rose markedly, revenue per visitor increased by ~244%, and RFM custom audiences delivered higher overall ROAS despite higher CPCs — findings now embedded in Mobexpert’s ongoing acquisition and reactivation strategy.
