Mobexpert, Romania's largest furniture manufacturer and retailer with 26 stores and a major online catalog (~35,000 SKUs), needed to reproduce its in-store experience online and improve ad performance and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) after the pandemic-driven shift to digital. Mavericks, their performance agency, faced the challenge of creating more effective ads that targeted distinct customer groups without wasting impressions.

Mavericks used Omniconvert Reveal's RFM-based Dynamic Audience Builder to create custom and lookalike audiences for evergreen and time-sensitive Facebook campaigns, aligning offers, creative and targeting to each segment. The approach drove strong results: lookalike audiences based on loyal RFM segments lifted ROAS by 69% versus Facebook’s default targeting, RFM-based custom audiences improved ROAS by ~20% and revenue per visitor by ~244% (with conversion uplifts up to 877% for top segments), and these audiences are now embedded in Mobexpert’s ongoing acquisition and reactivation strategy.
