Provident, a leading Home Collected Credit provider with 2.8 million customers across Europe and operations in Romania, wanted to convert more of its 125k monthly website visitors into leads. Analysis of Google Analytics showed many users were abandoning the site before completing the contact form, so the challenge was to capture genuine enquiries from exiting visitors without disrupting the experience.

Omniconvert implemented a targeted on-exit, three-step survey triggered by exit behavior, asking loan timing and collecting a required name and contact number to validate leads.
