Marketview Liquor is a family-run wine and spirits retailer that grew from a small local venture into an online and offline business shipping to 37 states and attracting over 100,000 monthly visitors. After an Omniconvert audit using surveys, on-site behavior analysis and reviews, the product page was identified as a key weakness — clutter, empty space and inconsistent review coverage were distracting shoppers and reducing add-to-cart conversions.
Omniconvert ran a four-way A/B test (control + three variations) over two weeks: Variation 1 moved cross-sell panels above the fold and removed distractions, Variation 2 added relevant video content, and Variation 3 added customer testimonials. Both Variation 1 (+18.2% add-to-cart) and Variation 2 (+16.9%) significantly outperformed the control with 99% statistical relevance, showing that reducing noise and adding targeted content can meaningfully boost conversions.
