Ideall.ro is a Romanian eCommerce store selling top-brand household appliances that prides itself on strong customer support and low prices. Faced with competition from larger marketplaces and limited market share, the company needed to improve user experience, usability, shipping-cost transparency, and information architecture to better serve shoppers who often research online before buying offline.

Over 6½ months Omniconvert applied a structured approach—setting up analytics, running qualitative surveys and quantitative tracking, then iterating with A/B tests on desktop and mobile. They ran 24 experiments (13 desktop, 5 mobile plus interactions), implemented 15 winning tests, and replaced the old interface with the validated layouts. Results: +22.26% conversion rate, +14.23% revenue/visitor and +9.90% average order value (all with >95% statistical relevance); reported incremental ROI uplift was very high (raw uplift example 7561%).
