Omnico Group supplied the solution, integrating their omniBasket capability with Harris + Hoole’s mobile app and point‑of‑sale system so the POS can recognise a customer and display their photo and usual order.
Omnico Group’s implementation links the H+H app to the POS so the cashier sees the customer and their regular order, payments for favourites are deducted via the app, and omniBasket enables adding alternatives or food items at the till.
