Dubai Parks and Resorts needed a single, integrated point-of-sale and reservation platform to unify retail, restaurant and entertainment operations across its parks. Omnico Group was selected to deliver this solution, using its Omnico Commerce suite to address the scale and cross‑channel requirements of the business.

Omnico Group implemented a unified system including 359 POS lanes, omniEngage and omniBasket modules, RFID wristbands, and a pre-booking/table management system, with a consumer app rollout planned. The deployment centralised transactions and reservations across all sites, enabled a cashless guest experience and streamlined operations for Dubai Parks and Resorts, with all sales and bookings collated centrally for improved visibility and guest service.
