MEKO Unites the Organization with a Modern Intranet

MEKO Sweden, a major automotive aftermarket provider with multiple brands, faced a significant challenge with its internal communications. Information was scattered across numerous platforms, making it difficult for their nearly 1,700 employees to stay informed and aligned. To create a unified and efficient structure, they turned to the vendor Omnia for a new intranet solution.

With guidance from Omnia's coaches, MEKO implemented an Omnia-based intranet integrated with Microsoft 365. The solution included a shared company intranet with integrated, brand-specific extranets, as well as sites for learning and onboarding. The results were a centralized hub for news and resources that drastically reduced email traffic and non-targeted communication. According to MEKO, the Omnia solution led to more streamlined communication, stronger employee engagement, and a more cohesive organization.
