Lindab, a leading indoor climate company, faced challenges with its outdated, custom-built intranet, which made it difficult for employees to find information and collaborate effectively across its global operations. They sought a modern, cloud-based communication and collaboration platform to connect the entire group. To address this, they partnered with the vendor Omnia to implement a new intranet solution.

Omnia implemented a new intranet seamlessly integrated with Microsoft 365 and Teams, which was launched in June 2022. The solution featured improved targeting tools for personalized content and enhanced accessibility across all devices. The results for Lindab included significantly improved internal communication, knowledge-sharing, and employee engagement across over 20 countries, strengthening organizational cohesion and driving productivity.
