Profile, one of the leading Benelux car tyre and maintenance chains with 160 stores in the Netherlands and 60 in Belgium, faced fragmented pricing from its franchise structure, inconsistent prices between its web shop and independent stores, and pressure from online pure players. To tackle these challenges Profile engaged Omnia Retail and adopted Omnia’s Dynamic Pricing tool to automate competitor data collection and bring discipline to its pricing strategy.

Omnia Retail delivered the Dynamic Pricing solution alongside strategic support (via Commercieel Verbeteren), centralizing price decision-making, creating a multi-level pricing committee, and automating online price adjustments. The result: improved margins, higher franchisee adoption of price advice, stabilized omni-channel pricing, better alignment of prices to customer segments, and a clearer, scalable pricing process for future growth.
