McDonald’s Thailand partnered with Omise to implement card payments and streamline the online checkout process. With Omise, the retailer reduced checkout drop-offs and fewer steps were needed to complete purchases, while also improving processing speed. The impact was significant: credit card transactions nearly tripled within six months, rising from around 5,000–7,000+ per month to more than 18,000+ transactions.
