The nonprofit Good360, which distributes donated goods through its network of 87,000 nonprofits, faced challenges with a lack of transparency and poor resource management. To address this, they partnered with vendor OMI for Salesforce Managed Services to gain smarter Salesforce management.

OMI implemented and customized the Salesforce Stack, including Sales, Service, and Community Clouds, integrated with Good360's existing systems. This solution streamlined member support, centralized data capture, and enabled the rapid launch of a COVID-19 response online community. The partnership with OMI helped Good360 improve its service quality and better manage its vast resources.
