Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (CCHBC), the world’s third-largest Coca‑Cola bottler with about 40,000 employees across 29 countries, faced productivity and provisioning challenges from a legacy SAP-based identity solution. To modernize identity governance they moved to Omada Identity (Omada) to manage the full identity lifecycle and address frequent access changes.

Omada implemented a cloud‑native IGA platform that automated provisioning, integrated with SAP HCM, Active Directory, Azure AD, ServiceNow and 220+ offline systems, and went live within six months.
