Royal Schiphol Group Increased Efficiency of Account Lifecycle Management

Royal Schiphol Group needed better access control and lifecycle management for its identities to save time and strengthen IT security while proving compliance with regulations like the EU GDPR. To address this, the airport group partnered with Omada and deployed Omada Identity to bring governance and automation to its identity access landscape.

Omada implemented a cloud-native Omada Identity solution with a manager-facing self-service portal that removed the middle man (external parties and the Helpdesk) and made workflows “idiot‑proof.” Omada now manages 7,500 identities (including external employees and partners), reduced account creation to two minutes, ensured up‑to‑date lifecycle governance, and delivered measurable time and cost savings while improving security and compliance.
