Omada Identity Governance Solution as the Foundation for Digital Transformation

Deutsche Leasing, a leading German asset finance partner for SMEs, faced the twin challenges of rapid digitalization and strict regulatory requirements (BAIT, ISO 27001) that demanded consistent, auditable identity and access controls. To reduce security risk, streamline onboarding and role management, and meet compliance needs, they engaged Omada and adopted the Omada Identity solution as the foundation for automated identity governance.

Omada implemented Omada Identity, migrating from legacy workflows and working with partners to improve data quality, automate recertification and centralize reporting. The solution now covers more than 400 target systems (via DB, Active Directory, LDAP), supports ~3,700 active identities, 11,000 technical accounts and over 400 applications, and ran recertification surveys with 10,000+ questions across 85,000 assignments. Omada’s platform delivered audit-ready logs and dashboards, replaced manual Excel processes, improved efficiency, and helped Deutsche Leasing pass its September 2019 audit with no IAM-related findings.
