Enexis Groep, the Netherlands-based energy network operator with more than 7,000 employees, faced rapidly growing application complexity (from SAP and two cloud tools to over 50 cloud applications) and an ageing, highly customized IGA tool that prevented effective self-service and cloud enablement.
