Commerz Real Group, a Commerzbank AG subsidiary managing around €35 billion in tangible asset investments, faced the challenge of enforcing strict corporate governance and regulatory compliance across a growing, hybrid IT landscape. To centralize role-based access, provide single sign-on, and reduce manual provisioning and attestation work, the group selected Omada’s Omada Identity solution.

Omada implemented an all‑in‑one identity governance platform integrated with Microsoft AD and SAP, delivering RBAC, a self‑service access portal, automated provisioning and attestation workflows, segregation-of-duties checks, and compliance dashboards. The Omada deployment now manages about 1,200 identities, accelerates application onboarding, eliminates repetitive tasks through automation, and provides audit‑ready reporting and continuous access governance to meet regulatory requirements.
