Bank of America engaged Oleeo to digitally transform its campus recruiting across four priorities: deliver a better candidate experience, reach more and more diverse candidates, speed up time-to-offer, and reduce unconscious bias to make assessment more consistent. The bank needed to combine its high-touch physical presence with a stronger virtual strategy and a single global approach to applications to compete with tech firms and other employers for early talent.
Oleeo implemented its Recruiting Enablement Platform and a multi‑faceted virtual program — centralizing the ATS globally, building a content library, running 30 webcasts for 5,000+ students, and piloting first‑round mobile video interviews. The initiative cut time‑to‑hire from several months to about four–five weeks, increased overall candidate screening by 22%, and boosted outreach to underrepresented groups (female +28%, Black/African American +32%, Hispanic +57%). The work also improved process consistency, elevated the value of virtual engagement, and earned Oleeo and Bank of America a Brandon Hall Excellence Award.
