Lancôme, a global leader in skincare, fragrance and beauty, partnered with Olapic in 2013 to solve a digital challenge: how to weave brand and customer content into a single, consistent online experience and deliver a unified “one Lancôme” presence across channels.

Using Olapic’s visual marketing gallery, Lancôme launched an evergreen UGC campaign (#MIRACLEONTHEMOVE) and syndicated customer photos to major retail partners Macy’s and Ulta. The program delivered a 4% overall conversion uplift at launch, visitors who engage with UGC are twice as likely to convert, and shoppers who interact with customer photos show much higher conversion rates (average 9.6%), with syndication expected to multiply revenue on high‑traffic retail sites.
