As the brand grew, giggle needed a way to help customers emotionally connect with products and create a more inspiring, personalized shopping experience to increase engagement and sales across its e-commerce site and marketing channels.
To solve this, giggle integrated Olapic to showcase visual user-generated content across its website, emails and mobile app, encouraging parents to share photos of their children using products. The program boosted results—an 11% lift in sales after UGC interactions, a 2.5% increase in conversions, 25,000 photos collected and 17% product coverage—and is now used in post-purchase emails, campaigns and the mobile app with plans to expand into ads and in-store displays.
