Beauty Works is an award-winning UK luxury hair extension brand that aims to help women look beautiful by listening to customer needs. The brand wanted to build a stronger community of fans and boost e-commerce conversions by inspiring consumers and distributors with real styling examples.

Beauty Works ran a two-month UGC competition (#imwearingbw), asking customers to submit styling photos and promoting it via email, social, newsletter, top beauty bloggers, partner salons and print. Partnering with Olapic to curate and display the best images on the website and social channels, the campaign drew 300+ entries, sustained post-campaign engagement, grew Instagram following by 37% in five months, and delivered a 1.5x higher conversion rate for shoppers who interacted with UGC (79% UGC interaction-conversion).
