WeWork delivers London’s biggest design and build project in 21 weeks with Oktra

Oktra partnered with WeWork to tackle the challenge of maximizing occupancy at WeWork's Moor Place location in London. This required a full Category B fit-out across eight floors, a project distinguished by its unprecedented scale and speed for the UK market. The goal was to safely and efficiently increase the building's capacity.

The solution was a phased, around-the-clock design and build program. Oktra collaborated closely with WeWork's design team to create the brand's iconic aesthetic, featuring exposed elements and reconfigured air systems. The completed workspace, delivered in 21 weeks, included over 3,000 desks, 12,000 glass panels, and numerous communal areas. This project established a new benchmark as the largest design and build project ever completed in London at that time.
