WeWork delivers a new coworking space in 12 weeks with Oktra

WeWork, a global coworking provider, required a high-specification office fit out for their Devonshire Square location that was consistent with their brand and other international projects. Their challenge was to refurbish the space to allow multiple businesses and individuals to work together simultaneously. They appointed Oktra to handle the combined Cat A and Cat B refurbishment and fit out.

Oktra collaborated with WeWork's designers to construct an efficient space plan that mirrored the look and feel of their other workspaces, using signature flooring, furniture, and finishes. Their solution surpassed a standard design and build by programming and syncing the IT, AV, and security systems to enable remote management from WeWork's headquarters. The resulting space, featuring cellular offices, open plan areas, and breakout spaces, delighted the customer, and Oktra continues to work with WeWork on future projects.
