Oktra developed a fresh, bright, and open design that subtly incorporated the UNICEF brand through a warm color palette, wood finishes, and digital elements. The solution included an open plan workspace, designated breakout areas with bleacher seating, and bookable meeting rooms. Oktra successfully transformed the culture and perception of the charity's workplace, ushering them into the technical era with a new office that met their aesthetic and functional aspirations.
