SurveyMonkey completes 5,000 sq ft London HQ fit out in 6 weeks with Oktra

SurveyMonkey appointed Oktra to design and build their new UK headquarters in London's Heron Tower. Their challenge was to create a space that balanced corporate professionalism with quirky, playful elements from their US branding, while also providing room for expansion and ample client-facing meeting rooms.

Oktra executed a Cat B fit out over six weeks, delivering a 5,000 sq ft flexible workspace. The solution included a large breakout area with a kitchen and bar, a dedicated games area to encourage collaboration, and eight specialized phone booths for confidential calls. To reflect the new UK location, Oktra's design incorporated a bold graphic palette featuring the London skyline, successfully merging the company's American identity with a British influence.
