The solution by Oktra involved collaborative design workshops to understand Ricoh's vision, resulting in a clean, professional, and slightly fun workspace. Oktra delivered a 43,000 sq ft London office in just 11 weeks, featuring a bespoke reception, a central breakout area, informal meeting spaces, and a boardroom with custom AV. The new layout was designed to actively encourage collaboration among team members.
