Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) returned to Oktra to design a new London workspace that truly embodied its values. The challenge was to create a workplace that championed inclusivity, supported wellbeing, and minimized environmental impact beyond simply gaining more space.

Oktra delivered a purpose-led workspace shaped by deep user insight and guided by circular principles. The solution reused existing furniture, specified materials like ocean plastic chairs and renewable flooring, and designed zones for diverse workstyles and wellbeing. The project achieved SKA Gold certification, resulting in a high-quality, low-carbon environment that authentically reflects PRI's mission.
