Pexip, a technology company specializing in video conferencing, partnered with office design and build vendor Oktra to transform its workplace. The challenge was to create a high-performance, collaborative workspace in Reading that supported a new hybrid work model and powerfully celebrated the company's bold brand identity.

Oktra designed a spatial-efficient office that more than halved the desk count in favor of collaboration zones and social areas. The solution included a large central breakout space, acoustically optimized video conferencing suites to showcase Pexip's own technology, and a vibrant interior that brought the brand to life. The result was an energizing hub that reflected Pexip's culture and supported its people, product, and hybrid way of working.
