Orega, a serviced office provider, partnered with Oktra to revitalize a 30,000 sq ft underutilized floorplate in the Broad Gate building in Leeds. Their challenge was to transform the space into a modern, flexible workspace destination that would meet the expectations of contemporary tenants and help lease the substantial area.

Oktra designed and built a scheme featuring over 40 self-contained office suites and a reimagined central atrium. They overcame technical barriers by installing a structural framework to integrate a sprinkler system and feed services into the communal space. The solution provided by Oktra resulted in a vibrant, future-ready workspace that enhanced the value of the building and created a hub for businesses to connect and thrive.
