Network Rail delivers a 15,000 sq ft Networx fit out in 11 weeks with Oktra

Network Rail engaged Oktra to design and build a supplemental reception and creative meeting suite for its London headquarters. The challenge was to create a facility, named Networx, that would relieve pressure on the main office's meeting rooms, provide employees with an alternative space for collaboration, and be suitable for rental to external partners for conferences and events.

Oktra delivered a flexible, multi-floor solution featuring sliding acoustic walls, stackable furniture, and extensive AV systems to allow the space to transform for various functions. The design incorporated custom branding and sustainable elements, achieving a BREEAM Very Good certification. The resulting Networx facility provides Network Rail with a unique, inspiring destination that optimizes productivity and offers a versatile venue for both internal use and external hire.
