Nando's appointed Oktra to refresh the look and feel of their existing Putney headquarters after acquiring additional space. Their challenge was to bring all employees together under one inspirational work environment to support their growth plans, requiring a design and refurbishment service that aligned with their strong social philosophy and strict ethical guidelines.

Oktra implemented a design scheme centered on African culture using natural tones, textures, and sustainable materials. The solution incorporated recycled lighting, reclaimed rustic floors and panelling, and reclaimed furniture and fabrics. The new 13,500 sq ft space, completed in 16 weeks, now houses various departments including a training facility, meeting suites, breakout zones, and open-plan areas, successfully consolidating Nando's workforce into a single dynamic and cohesive environment.
