Minicam, a manufacturer of robotic pipeline inspection systems, faced the challenge of having its teams disconnected across three separate buildings, which hindered collaboration and awareness across different company disciplines. The company tasked vendor Oktra with creating a new, unified headquarters that would house all its production, research and development, and office functions under one roof to foster a more collaborative and innovative culture.

Oktra designed and built a 38,500 sq ft facility that reimagined the workplace with a contemporary, industrial design. The solution included a central social hub, a variety of collaborative spaces for hybrid workers, and visual connectivity between office and production areas through viewing decks and glass facades. This allowed Oktra to successfully unite Minicam's business onto a single site, transforming the company culture, improving production efficiencies, and providing a futureproof space designed for ongoing growth.
