Lindt & Sprüngli transforms its Richmond HQ in 17 weeks with Oktra

Lindt & Sprüngli sought to relocate its UK Head Office into a workplace that would foster better connection and be an inspiring place for its team to thrive. Oktra was chosen as the vendor to partner on this office design project, with the shared ambition to challenge the initial brief and explore new ways of working.

Oktra implemented a design centered around a flowing gold ribbon, inspired by Lindt's packaging and the local River Thames, which culminated in a helical staircase to connect floors and encourage interaction. The solution reduced desk density and introduced a variety of collaborative and focus settings, empowering employees with choice. Oktra delivered a highly connected and flexible 30,000 sq ft workspace that strengthened the relationship between the Lindt brand, its people, and its new location in Richmond.
