Kennedy Wilson doubles Sky Lobby atrium at 111 Buckingham Palace Road in 14 weeks with Oktra

Kennedy Wilson, a real estate investor, appointed Oktra to refurbish and expand the Sky Lobby amenity space at 111 Buckingham Palace Road. Their challenge was to modernize the underutilized atrium in response to evolving tenant demands and to maximize the building's potential to attract and retain occupiers.

Oktra delivered a comprehensive design and build solution, doubling the size of the facility and introducing a new 'resimercial' design identity with natural finishes and biophilia. The new layout features protected zones to minimize noise and a diagonal thoroughfare to reduce congestion. The results include a highly optimized, tech-enhanced workspace that promotes collaboration and provides a powerful asset for tenants. Oktra also ensured sustainability by reusing furniture and recycling 100% of waste on site.
