Hogan Lovells creates a 33,100 sq ft legal workplace in 15 weeks with Oktra

Hogan Lovells faced the challenge of temporarily relocating their business services employees without sacrificing workplace experience and wellbeing. They partnered with workplace design vendor Oktra to create a people-centric office that departed from their traditional corporate identity.

Oktra designed a solution that provided over 25 meeting rooms, prioritized access to natural light, and incorporated biophilia and wellness initiatives to achieve BREEAM and Fitwel certifications. The resulting inclusive workspace fostered a sense of community and supported diverse work styles, successfully meeting Hogan Lovells' goal of nurturing their workplace culture during the temporary move.
