Gymshark creates a 55,000 sq ft lifting club in 22 weeks with Oktra

Gymshark, a sportswear brand, challenged Oktra to design and build its ultimate private gym and back-of-house facility for employees. This was Oktra's third project with the brand and involved creating a complex space to bring outsourced functions like product development and media production in-house.

Oktra implemented a design-build solution that included installing a mezzanine floor to maximize space, resulting in a 55,000 sq ft facility. The solution provided a world-class gym, photography studios, a 10m-high app studio, a research and development factory, and a 100-person conference space. Oktra delivered the project in 22 weeks, providing Gymshark with an advanced operational hub that supports its rapid growth and brand authenticity.
