Oktra was engaged by Fora to design and build a new coworking space at Southwark Bridge Road in London. The challenge was to create a unique space that aligned with Fora's design principles while also responding to the angular architectural nuances of the new building developed by Allies and Morrison.

Oktra held multiple design workshops with Fora to shape a fully flexible workspace that inspires creativity and accommodates growth. The solution included a mixture of office types and bespoke demountable walls to allow the space to evolve sustainably with tenants' changing needs.
