Fora, a provider of tailored workspaces, tasked Oktra with designing a fully flexible and decoupled office environment at their new Southwark Bridge Road location. The challenge was to create a unique enterprise-sized opportunity that maintained Fora's signature aesthetic while exploring a new, more adaptable workplace model distinct from their previous collaborations.

Oktra designed a hospitality-inspired workspace featuring bespoke elements, biophilia, and flexible floorplates that can be leased as a whole, in half, or as individual suites. The solution included meticulously designed high-level services, state-of-the-art sound masking, and a room booking system. Oktra delivered this progressive, 24,000 sq ft space in just 12 weeks, adding a highly adaptable and aesthetically distinct location to Fora's portfolio.
