Oktra was hired by the global legal firm Eversheds Sutherland to transform its office in Edinburgh. The challenge was to move from a traditional, multi-floor townhouse to a single, modern space that would support employee wellbeing, a hybrid work model, and reflect the firm's brand excellence while connecting to the local Edinburgh heritage.

The solution by Oktra was a Cat B fit out at Capital Square, creating a 6,500 sq ft flexible workspace completed in 8 weeks. The design incorporated local materials and references to Edinburgh, included flexible meeting suites with movable walls, and prioritized sustainability to achieve a BREEAM Excellent certification. Oktra's design focused on employee comfort with dedicated wellbeing spaces and acoustic management, resulting in a sophisticated office that empowers employees and enhances client service.
