Occupying four separate floors hindered communication and collaboration, and the lack of an elevator made it difficult for people with cystic fibrosis to use the space together. Seeking a modern and unified workspace in central London, the charity engaged office design and build vendor Oktra to consult and design a solution.

Oktra created a large, open-plan office on a single floor to unify the team. The design prioritized collaboration and inclusivity with multifunctional furniture and a careful selection of clean, modern materials to allow multiple people with cystic fibrosis to use the space safely. Incorporating the charity's brand colors and positive messaging, Oktra delivered a bright, professional environment featuring flexible desking and advanced video conferencing technology.
