CoStar, a leading commercial property researcher, needed to fit out their new pre-fitted office space on the 26th floor of The Shard in London. Their challenge was to adapt the existing layout and reuse their furniture while complying with the building's strict construction regulations. Oktra was engaged to design and manage the Cat B fit out through a series of design workshops.

Oktra developed a detailed build schedule, meticulously planning the timing and logistics of transporting materials to the high-floor location. The solution involved creating an open plan office with a reception, meeting rooms, a café, and fixed desks, enhanced with bright furnishings that complemented CoStar's brand. As a result, CoStar successfully moved into their new 14,000 sq ft European HQ within eight weeks and were very happy with the transformed space.
